These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Align & Arise website, services, content, resources, booking features, and One Minute Wisdom experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “Align & Arise,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Align & Arise and Denise Kelly. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, users, prospective clients, and clients who access or use our website or Services.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or Services.

1. About Align & Arise

Align & Arise provides personal growth coaching, transformational coaching, intuitive guidance, inner child work, shadow work, affirmations, workshops, educational resources, and related personal-development services.

Our goal is to provide supportive guidance, reflection, education, and tools that may help individuals develop greater self-awareness, confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

Align & Arise does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare services.

Coaching and personal-development services are not substitutes for services provided by licensed mental-health professionals, physicians, or other qualified healthcare providers.

Although our Services may discuss topics such as childhood experiences, emotional wounds, relationships, anxiety, limiting beliefs, people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundaries, inner child work, or other personal experiences, these discussions do not constitute mental-health diagnosis or treatment.

Nothing provided through Align & Arise should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Emergency and Crisis Situations

Align & Arise is not an emergency, crisis-intervention, or mental-health crisis service.

Our website, contact forms, email, coaching sessions, One Minute Wisdom, and other communication channels should not be used to request emergency assistance.

If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

4. Client Responsibility

Personal growth is highly individual.

By participating in Align & Arise Services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.

Denise may provide questions, observations, perspectives, exercises, encouragement, intuitive insights, journaling prompts, affirmations, or other tools designed to support self-reflection and personal growth.

You are always responsible for deciding whether and how to apply that information to your own life.

You agree to exercise your own judgment and seek qualified professional assistance when appropriate.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Align & Arise does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, professional, relationship, financial, spiritual, or other outcome from participating in coaching or using our Services.

Testimonials, client experiences, examples, or other stories shared on the website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will experience the same results.

Your results depend on many factors unique to you, including your circumstances, choices, participation, and actions.

6. Intuitive Guidance

Certain Align & Arise Services may incorporate intuitive guidance, card-based reflection, spiritual concepts, affirmations, or similar practices.

These tools are intended for personal reflection, self-discovery, inspiration, and personal-development purposes.

Intuitive guidance should not be relied upon to make medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other significant professional decisions.

You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make following an intuitive guidance session or interaction with related Align & Arise content.

7. Inner Child and Shadow Work

Some Align & Arise Services explore past experiences, childhood patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional responses, triggers, and other personally meaningful topics through practices commonly referred to as inner child work or shadow work.

These practices are offered within a coaching and personal-development context and are not psychotherapy or trauma treatment.

You are encouraged to communicate your boundaries and determine what you are comfortable exploring.

If an issue arises that would be more appropriately addressed by a licensed mental-health or healthcare professional, Align & Arise may recommend that you seek additional professional support.

8. Booking Services

Appointments may be scheduled through Wix Bookings or another booking method made available by Align & Arise.

When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current contact and scheduling information.

Booking availability is subject to change.

Scheduling an introductory or Clarity Call does not obligate either you or Align & Arise to enter into an ongoing coaching relationship.

Align & Arise reserves the right to decline or discontinue a coaching relationship when we reasonably determine that our Services are not an appropriate fit for an individual's needs.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refunds, and Packages

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, expiration, and package policies may vary depending on the Service purchased.

Any policies presented during booking, checkout, within a service description, or in a separate client agreement will apply to that Service.

If a separate coaching or client agreement is provided, that agreement may contain additional terms governing the professional relationship between you and Align & Arise.

If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and a signed client agreement concerning a specific paid service, the terms of the signed client agreement will control with respect to that service.

10. One Minute Wisdom

Align & Arise provides an interactive experience known as One Minute Wisdom.

One Minute Wisdom is intended to provide brief encouragement, reflection, perspective, inspiration, or personal-development content.

Content provided through One Minute Wisdom is for general informational and inspirational purposes only.

It is not personalized professional advice, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical advice, crisis support, or a substitute for working with an appropriately qualified professional.

You should not make significant medical, legal, financial, safety, or mental-health decisions solely based on content provided through One Minute Wisdom.

The One Minute Wisdom experience may be hosted or delivered using third-party technology, including Vercel.

Availability and functionality are not guaranteed and may occasionally be interrupted, modified, or discontinued.

11. Educational Content

Articles, emails, social media content, downloads, exercises, affirmations, videos, workshops, One Minute Wisdom content, and other resources provided by Align & Arise are offered for general informational, educational, and personal-development purposes.

They should not be interpreted as individualized professional advice.

Your use of this content is at your own discretion.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the Align & Arise website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Align & Arise content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Service or accessing free content does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
